Heating

Heating on a site should not just about steam, as this has a cost price. Ideally, the processes are conceived in such a way that they can be fed with low-grade heat. An alternative to using heat at low temperature, is equipment with air groups functioning on hot water at 35°C.

We start with measurements and simulations to quantify the heat demand for processes and area heating. Based on this info, with the necessary corrections, we determine the total heat requirements. We also take the temperature levels that are necessary into account. Finally, an integrated system of burners, heat recovery, boilers, heat pumps, air groups and the necessary buffering is provided to create a total supply at maximum energy efficiency and adequate redundancy.
